Assessment

We offer assessment sessions for children aged between 2 - 16 years on site at our clinic in Northwich, Cheshire. Assessment and therapy rooms are quiet and free from distractions providing optimum conditions to find out where your child's levels lie. We also provide on-site assessment if this is preferred. ​

Assessment covers a range of areas including development of understanding, expressive language, social communication and speech sounds. Complex needs and assessment reports for EHCP are also undertaken.

All assessment sessions include:

 

  • Appropriate assessments designed to recognise areas of strength and need

  • Check readiness for therapy

  • Sessional notes from your session with the therapist

  • Care aims / Report with recommendations

On site assessment sessions hold an additional charge
